Call Plan
A call plan can be termed as setting a plan to call selected leads on future dates. The future dates can be a day, week, or month in advance.
The Create Call Plan screen enables the user to set up call plans for leads in the selected list or from the active leads.
Note: A user can view the created call plan from the View Call Plans page. |
To create a call plan:
1. Select ‘My Active leads’ or ‘Select List’ option. If you select ‘Select List’ option, you will have to select leads from the list box.
2. Select a sales pipe line status from the list.
3. Click on Submit button.
4. Enter call plan name.
5. Click on save.
