The Quota V/S Actual report is the comparison of the allotted product’s sales target and the actual target achieved by a user in the selected period. This report can be sorted as per selected users or products. The report displays details that include (1) product / Sales person name, (2) allotted quota, (3) actual achieved, (4) short fall in number and percentage, (5) prospect sale amount, (6) total and grand total amount for allotted quota, actual achieved, shortfall, and prospect.

This report can be exported to an MS Excel sheet or a .PDF file.

Notes:

    • The figures in the actual field (for every user or product) are retrieved from the sales order amount.

    • The prospect amount is retrieved from the expected revenue in the dispatched proposals.

    • The total amount is the summation of quota, actual and other fields for the selected product or user.

    • The grand total is the summation of all total amount values.

 

To generate the Quota v/s actual report:

1. Select user(s) from the hierarchy. You can also select a region, if you want to select user(s) from specific region.

2. Select search report criteria from User Wise OR Product Wise.

3. Select current month OR current quarter OR a date range.

4. Select product(s) from the list.

5. Click on Submit.
