The Individual Productivity Report is a bar graph chart representation of number of leads in operation by the lead owner in the hierarchy on a given date. The notes left by the lead owner in the leads detail page on a given date form the basis for generating this report. For instance, on a given date, if the lead owner leaves notes on two leads, the report displays the productivity as working on two leads.

Note: As a user clicks a bar chart, the system filters all leads in operation for the date and displays them in the My Active Leads page.

To generate Individual Productivity Report:

1. Select Activities on Leads only if you want to generate Individual Productivity Report for leads OR Select Activities on Accounts only if you want to generate Individual Productivity Report for accounts.

2. Select user(s) from the hierarchy OR select a region if you want to select user(s) from a specific region.

3. Select Last Activity from date.

4. Select Last Activity to date.

5. Click on Submit button.
