Schedule a Call
The Schedule Call screen enables the user to (1) set up call schedules with contacts from selected leads in the List or from My Active leads and, (2) add and view existing notes. The system displays a reminder for every call at the scheduled time.
To Schedule a Call:
1. Select My Active leads if you want to schedule call for users in your My Active leads OR select a lead from the list.
2. Click on submit button.
3. Click on a lead.
4. Enter date.
5. Enter start time and end time.
6. Select contacts.
7. Select attendees.
8. Enter subject.
9. Select note template.
10. Enter note.
11. Click on save to save the scheduled call.
